Corroboration Required for Perjury Conviction; Exception

In any prosecution for perjury, except a prosecution based upon inconsistent statements pursuant to Section 13A-10-104, the falsity of a statement may not be established by the uncorroborated testimony of a single witness. (Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §4915.)
