“Resides” or “Residing” Defined

The words “resides” or “residing,” as used in this article, shall mean any person who remains within any county in the state for a period of more than 24 hours and maintains or uses sleeping quarters anywhere within the county. (Acts 1966, Ex. Sess., No. 421, p. 565, §1; Code 1975, §13-10-1.)
