Costs of Prosecution or Warrant Recall of Domestic Violence, Stalking, or Sexual Assault Offenses

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no court costs shall be assessed against any victim of domestic violence, stalking, or sexual assault in connection with the prosecution or warrant recall of a domestic violence, stalking, or sexual assault offense. (Act 2011-581, p. 1273, §4.)
