Defense Precluded Upon Explicit Representation of Property as Stolen, Embezzled, or Converted

It is not a defense to a charge under this article that the property was not stolen, embezzled, or converted property at the time of the violation if the property was explicitly represented to the accused person as being stolen, embezzled, or converted property. (Act 2023-531, §1.)
