Charitable Fraud in the Third Degree

(a) Theft of property by charitable fraud which does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) in value constitutes theft of property by charitable fraud in the third degree. (b) Theft of property by charitable fraud in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor. (Acts 1987, No. 87-605, p. 1052, §6; Act 2003-355, p. 962, §1.)
