Rules and Regulations

Any and all rules and regulations issued by the Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Corrections pursuant to the provisions of Section 15-18-8 shall be subject to the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act. (Acts 1988, No. 88-163, p. 261, §2.)
