The survivor allowance shall be adjusted as provided in Sections 16-25-100 and 16-25-101 for those eligible retirees who have selected a monthly survivor allowance payable to a designated beneficiary upon the death of the retiree. (Acts 1994, No. 94-591, p. 1092, §3.)
