Other Medical Conditions Requiring Supervision or Specialized Services

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a student with a medical condition, other than or in addition to diabetes, requiring supervision or other specialized services may be assigned to a school in accordance with the student’s Individual Health Plan. (Act 2014-437, p. 1618, §8.)
