Exclusion of Teacher or Administrator Employed by Nonpublic School from Participation in Institutes or Programs

No teacher or school administrator employed by a nonpublic school shall be excluded from participating in in-service teacher education institutes or curriculum development programs conducted pursuant to this chapter. (Acts 1971, No. 1934, p. 3122, §5.)
