There is hereby created and established the Alabama Physician’s Assistant Service Program. The program shall be administered by the Board of Medical Scholarship Awards created in Section 16-47-121. The Program shall be funded by direct appropriation from the Education Trust Fund. (Act 2016-318, §2.)
