Acceptance and Expenditure of Gifts, Grants, Etc

The commission is authorized to accept gifts, devises, grants or bequests and expend the same to carry out the provisions of this article or to promote the purposes for which it has been established. (Acts 1979, No. 79-461, p. 816, §14.)
