Pursuant to Sections 16-5-7 and 16-5-8, the Alabama Commission on Higher Education shall make regular reports to the Legislature regarding the implementation of subsection (e) of Section 16-5-8. (Acts 1994, No. 94-202, p. 257, §5.)
