Unauthorized Assistance to Voter in Preparation of Ballot

Any person who assists a voter in preparing his or her ballot to be voted at a primary election, except as authorized under Chapter 13, shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C misdemeanor. (Act 2006-570, p. 1331, §88.)
