Disposition of Funds and Fees

Any funds or fees collected under this article shall accrue to the Agricultural Fund and shall be used for the purpose of defraying the expenses of a proper enforcement of the provisions of this article. (Ag. Code 1927, §333; Code 1940, T. 2, §327.)
