Penalty for Violations of Article or Rules or Regulations of Department, Commissioner, Etc

Any person violating any section or provision of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated by the department, its board or the commissioner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly. (Acts 1947, No. 694, p. 528, §28.)
