Penalties for Violations of Provisions of Subdivision

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $500.00. (Acts 1951, No. 308, p. 601, §6.)
