Right to Full Use of Streets, Sidewalks, Public Buildings, Public Facilities, Etc

An individual with a disability has the same right as an individual who is not disabled to the full and free use of the streets, highways, sidewalks, walkways, public buildings, public facilities, and other public places. (Acts 1975, No. 869, p. 1711, §2; Act 2019-478, §1.)
