A person who violates this chapter or a rule promulgated under this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100), or both, for each violation. (Act 2000-321, p. 512, §8.)
