Reference to Federal Law

Any reference contained in this article to federal law or compliance with federal law shall be a reference to compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987, P. L. 100-203, hereinafter referred to as “OBRA.” (Acts 1989, No. 89-641, p. 1268, §3.)
