An owner or keeper of any domestic animal or fowl may not allow a domestic animal or fowl to run at-large and enter or be upon any premises constituting an airport, restricted landing area, or other aeronautical facility. Violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor. (Act 2000-220, p. 328, §38.)
