Trash, Litter, Etc., Upon Public Thoroughfare - Driver Presumed Offender When Items Thrown from Vehicle

If littering is committed as set forth in Section 13A-7-29 or Section 32-5A-60 from a motor vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall be presumed to be the offender. (Acts 1961, Ex. Sess., No. 55, p. 1920, §2; Act 2019-530, §1.)
