Association Subject to Examination and Regulation by Department of Labor

The association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Department of Labor. No later than March 30 of each year, the board of directors shall submit a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the department. (Acts 1989, No. 89-533, p. 1092, §7.)
