Notice; Waiver

A person, including a guardian, guardian ad litem, conservator, or other fiduciary, may waive notice by a signed writing. A person for whom a guardianship or other protective order is sought, a ward, or a protected person may not waive notice. (Acts 1987, No. 87-590, p. 975, §1-402.)
