Prevalence of Particular Over General Provisions

Provisions of this title relative to a particular kind of insurance, a particular type of insurer, or a particular matter shall prevail over provisions in this title relating to insurance in general, insurers in general, or such matters in general. (Acts 1971, No. 407, p. 707, §13.)
