Short Title; Construction of Article

(a) This article constitutes and may be cited as the Unauthorized Insurers Process Act. (b) This article shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it. (Acts 1951, No. 768, p. 1335, §7; Acts 1971, No. 407, p. 707, §213.)
