Counties Not Authorized to Conduct Referenda Under Provisions of Section 28-2-21

No county which, as of September 22, 1971, authorized the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages shall be authorized to conduct a referendum under the provisions of Section 28-2-21. (Acts 1971, No. 1266, p. 2195, §6.)
