Industrial alcohol manufactured and sold by a permittee, as provided by this chapter, may be transported and delivered to any person authorized by law to purchase the same for nonbeverage purposes upon compliance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of this title. Whenever the consignee is without the state, the affidavit required by Section 28-4-117 shall not be required. (Acts 1927, No. 474, p. 516; Code 1940, T. 29, §83.)
