(Effective for Tax Returns Due on or After January 1, 2018) References to Taxpayer Advocate

The Code Commissioner, pursuant to Section 29-7-8, shall change all references to the Taxpayer Advocate in Title 40, Chapter 2A, to Taxpayer Assistance Officer or Taxpayer Assistance Officers. (Act 2017-363, §9.)
