Authority to Enforce Orders through Contempt Proceedings Not Diminished

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to diminish the inherent authority of the courts to enforce their lawful orders through civil or criminal contempt proceedings. (Acts 1993, No. 93-325, p. 495, §6.)
