A final order issued under Section 32-5A-378 may be reviewed by the circuit court by the filing of a notice of appeal pursuant to Section 41-22-20 within 30 days after the final order is issued. The filing of the notice of appeal shall stay enforcement of the civil penalty. (Act 2026-475, §15.)
