“Volunteer Rescue Squad” Defined

As used in this division, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, “volunteer rescue squad” means only those persons or organizations who are members of the Alabama Association of Rescue Squads, Inc. (Acts 1977, No. 777, p. 1336, §1.)
