A TNC driver may not accept a trip for compensation, including soliciting or accepting passenger rides on demand or through a street hail, other than a trip arranged through a TNC’s digital network. Any individual who violates this section is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. (Act 2018-127, §12.)
