Rates and Charges for Use of Facilities

The department shall have the right and power to fix from time to time and to collect reasonable rates and charges for services rendered by, and for the use of, facilities acquired, constructed or operated pursuant to the provisions of this article. (Acts 1969, No. 472, p. 917, §15.)
