Certain Ministerial Officers Prohibited from Practicing Law

Any sheriff, coroner, or deputy thereof, or constable who practices law in any court of this state must, on conviction, be fined not less than $100. (Code 1886, §3943; Code 1896, §5129; Code 1907, §6316; Code 1923, §3312; Code 1940, T. 46, §57.)
