Injunction; Civil Penalty

(a) In addition to the criminal penalty prescribed by this chapter, the department may seek an injunction against any individual, entity, or establishment in violation of this chapter. (b) In an action for an injunction, the department may demand and recover a civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50) per day for each violation, reasonable attorney fees, and court costs.
