The Alabama Licensed Counselor Wellness Program is created to develop, maintain, and make available treatment programs for all licensees who voluntary seek medical intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation for an impairment. The program shall operate under the direction of the Alabama Licensed Counselor Wellness Committee. (Act 2023-473, §1.)
