Priority of Lien

Such lien as to the land and buildings and improvements thereon shall have priority over all other liens, mortgages, or encumbrances created subsequent to the commencement of the work on any such street, avenue, alley, or any other public way. (Acts 1969, No. 1068, p. 1989, §2.)
