Recordation of Official Bonds of County or Municipal Officers, Agents, Etc

Every official bond of a county or municipal officer, agent or employee required by law to be filed with any public officer must be by such officer recorded word for word in a well-bound book and properly indexed. (Code 1896, §3084; Code 1907, §1497; Code 1923, §2609; Code 1940, T. 41, §46.)
