The Director of the Alabama Public Library Service shall be the compact administrator pursuant to Article X of the compact. The Director of the Alabama Public Library Service may appoint one or more deputy compact administrators pursuant to said article. (Acts 1973, No. 1121, p. 1884, §5.)
