Formulation by Director of Thermal and Lighting Efficiency Guidelines Applicable to All New and Renovated Buildings

The commission also shall cause the director to formulate guidelines for thermal and lighting efficiency applicable to all new and renovated buildings, whether such buildings are state funded or not, and the manner of implementation therefor. (Acts 1978, No. 766, p. 1105, §3.)
