Emergency Telephone Service Charges

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including, but not limited to, Section 11-98-5, the Clay County Commission may increase the emergency telephone service charges to an amount up to one dollar fifty cents ($1.50). (Act 92-459, p. 919, §1.)
