Scope of Subpart

This subpart applies to all law enforcement officials, corrections officers, and employees employed by the office of Sheriff of Baldwin County except the chief deputy, chief corrections officer, chief civil deputy, financial officer, and personnel officer. (Act 2002-463, p. 1205, §3.)
