Ratification of Expenditures

All expenditures and uses of the proceeds paid from the net proceeds of the revenues from the gasoline excise tax collected pursuant to this subpart are hereby confirmed and ratified retroactively to October 10, 1975. (Act 99-230, p. 295, §2.)
