Compensation of Supernumerary Revenue Commissioner

(a) Beginning October 1, 2025, the supernumerary revenue commissioner of Barbour County serving on October 1, 2025, shall receive an annual salary of thirty-seven thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($37,125), paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund. (b) Any compensation paid to the supernumerary revenue commissioner prior to October 1, 2025, is hereby ratified and confirmed. (Act 2025-224, §1.)
