Election of Mayor or Associate Commissioner - Ineligibility

In case any person, after having been elected and duly qualified as commissioner, is declared ineligible to hold such office, a successor shall be chosen as in the case of a vacancy caused by death, resignation, or other cause. (Act 79-537, p. 959, §25.)
