Time of Segregation or Distribution

Except as otherwise provided herein, whenever the trustee is to make a distribution or to commence a series of payments the distribution or series of payments may be made or begun on such date or as soon thereafter as is practicable. (Act 2013-415, p. 1586, §2:5.8.)
