Applicability - Exceptions

This part shall not apply to a tanning facility that uses only phototherapy devices that emit ultraviolet radiation that are used only by or under the direct supervision of a physician or an osteopathic physician licensed under Title 34. (Act 94-619, p. 1154, §3.)
