Compensation of Employees; Independent Contractors

Nothing herein shall be construed as restricting the right of the commission to increase or decrease proportionately the compensation of all county employees; or to use independent contractors for performance of work or the rendering of service to the county. (Act 80­292, p. 405, § 8.)
