Eligible Volunteer Fire Department

Ala. Code § 45-42-140.04

An eligible volunteer fire department, for the purposes of this article, shall mean a volunteer fire department located in Limestone County and is a member of the Limestone County Association of Volunteer Fire Departments. (Act 2008­123, p. 161, § 5.)
