Authority to Move or Demolish Certain Buildings, Structures, Etc

The county commission may move or demolish buildings or structures, or parts of buildings or structures, including party walls and foundations, when found by the county commission to constitute a public nuisance from any cause. (Act 2002-323, p. 890, § 2.)
